Couples & Sex Therapy

Since I'm blogging about people I like referring too!

I know couples therapy or sex therapy feels EXTRA vulnerable and scary to many folks, but if you are ready to take the leap and want my two cents, I'd highly recommend the folks at SkyHill Therapy. Particularly Laura Rademacher (who has been an amazing part of our "Get Your Sexy Back" events). No judgment, no awkwardness, no question or concern that won't be heard and handled with care). Laura is a true professional with lots of useful knowledge and ways to work on these very important and personal aspects of your life and relationships.

I think the world would be a better place if we all had the benefit of some good therapy. If these areas in particular are feeling "off" in your world it might be a wonderful thing to give them some attention :)
