Welcome to my blog!

I'm an acupuncturist, teacher, fertility specialist, patient centered advocate, mom, activist and more! This blog is a place for me to write down the things on my mind, the things I discuss over and over, and the things I find helpful, interesting, and inspiring all in the hope that someone else out there, maybe YOU, will find some of these things to be helpful, interesting and inspiring too. I love learning, I love sharing, and I am passionate about helping others lead more balanced, fertile, and healthy lives - while trying to do the same myself. So here goes... The Blogging Life...

Fertility Retreat - Change, Resilience and Other Lessons from Nature

With fall here and the world outside rapidly changing take a moment and think about your own world.  While mother nature makes these big shifts look effortless, do you feel more like a branch that is ready to snap?

Do you wish you could feel more grounded?
Less isolated and alone?
More able to be flexible when the winds of change blow your way?
More able to feel supported and nourished in your body, mind and spirit?
Join me to explore the lessons mother nature has to offer...

We'll use this beautiful season of change to inform and inspire, because we all know what comes after autumn... and too often the journey of infertility feels like a bitter cold, lonely winter.
