Adoption from the "Other Side"

Oh how grateful I am for the women I work with!  I learn so much from them day in and day out and only hope that they learn as much from me (I've been assured I'm doing okay on this front, but really... I don't know if they know how much I get and how thankful I am...)

So someone lovely and dear sent me this blog post yesterday and today I'm sitting and reading it in my office and all misty and emotional.  Because I know that this lovely person is waiting to find out how her adoption story will end and is in limbo, between wanting to be where this blogger is and still being on the other side.  It makes me happy and it makes me sad.  And I thought you might like to read it too. To all those who have adopted, to all those waiting to adopt, for all those who will and don't even know it yet... this post is for you.  My heart is full when I think of you.
