This is a nice article reviewing the research that has been done on acupuncture and male factor infertility.  It reviews the individual studies/outcomes as well as states the overall findings... complete with a handy chart that reviews motility, concentration and volume.

Article Title: A prospective randomized placebo-controlled study of the effect of acupuncture in infertile patients with severe oligoasthenozoospermia


Results: The results of the present study support the significance of acupuncture in male patients with severe oligoastheno- zoospermia. More evidence has to be accumulated before the efficacy and effectiveness of acupuncture in male infer- tility can be evaluated.
